Within the framework of the Ulaanbaatar Green Housing Project, the first phase of the 110-unit Green Housing eco-residential complex constructed and commissioned in the Bayankhoshuu Sub-center was officially handed over to the operating organizations on January 26, 2026.
Specifically, the apartments were handed over to professional operating organizations, including the Capital City Housing Corporation (NOSK), the Western Distribution Center of the Housing and Public Utilities Management Agency, and the Customer Service Center (CSC).
The handover process for the first phase of the 110-unit Green Housing project was attended by representatives of the Project Implementation Unit, construction contractors including the partnership of “Tsamhag Construction” LLC and “Sodonnomin Construction” LLC, the partnership of “City Landmark” LLC and “Happy Buildings” LLC, the external engineering networks contractor “San” LLC, as well as relevant officials and engineering and technical staff from NOSK, the Western Distribution Center of the Housing and Public Utilities Management Agency, and the Customer Service Center (CSC). The buildings and facilities were officially accepted.
