Green solution
The residential buildings being constructed under the project are certified as Class B energy-efficient buildings in accordance with Mongolian Building Code BNbD 25-01-20, and they also comply with the requirements of the international green building rating system EDGE. By meeting these green building standards, compared to conventional buildings, the project’s buildings achieve on average 25% energy savings, 20–25% water savings, and 20–25% savings in embodied energy of construction materials. As a result of these efficiencies, residents will have the opportunity to own higher-value real estate with lower operating and utility costs compared to standard residential buildings.

Baynhoshuu subcenter
In the first phase of the project, preparations are underway to develop and commission an eco-town with 336 green apartments on a total of 4 hectares in the Bayankhoshuu sub-center. Planning covers 1.6 hectares in V15 site, 1.2 hectares in V13-1 site, and 1.2 hectares in V13-2 site, all within the 9th khoroo of Bayankhoshuu, Songinokhairkhan District.

Sharhad subcenter
As part of the first phase of the project, preparations are underway to build and commission an eco-district with 338 green apartments on a total area of 4.2 hectares in the Sharkhad sub-center. In Bayanzurkh district, Sharkhad 19th khoroo, 1.2 hectares of land in S27-5, 1.8 hectares of land in S27-2, and 1.2 hectares of land in S25-6 are planned.
