“Ulaanbaatar Green Affordable Housing Project” – Residents Enrolled in Short-Term Vocational Training

Within the goal of empowering residents of the Bayankhoshuu and Sharkhad areas and promoting sustainable employment, short-term vocational training programs are being successfully organized.

As of 2025, a total of eight residents have successfully completed training in professions such as cooking, heavy machinery operation, and inventory management.

Upon completion of the training, the project has been actively supporting graduates by connecting them to partner organizations, contractor companies, and training institutions for employment opportunities, thereby providing real support for sustainable livelihoods.

This initiative, aimed at increasing household income and creating stable living conditions, will continue to be implemented in phases.
