"A training on 'Project Management – Coordination and Collaboration among Stakeholders' was organized.
On March 13, 2026, the training was successfully conducted with the participation of all staff members of the Ulaanbaatar City Unified Project Implementation Unit.
The training aimed to enhance the effective and timely implementation of projects, improve coordination and collaboration among stakeholders, update established perceptions and approaches, jointly define future directions, facilitate knowledge exchange, align activities, and build a highly productive team and workforce."
