It is stated in the following loan agreements: MON -L3694, MON - L3695, MON -L8348 and grant agreements MON-G0594, MON-G0595, signed between the Government of Mongolia and the Asian Development Bank, the procurement process shall comply with the procurement guideline of the Asian Development Bank for the "Ulaanbaatar Affordable Green Housing and Resilient Urban Renewal Project".
According to the section "Procurement" in the loan agreements:
"The procurements of works and goods to be financed from the loan shall comply with the 'Procurement Guideline' of the ADB (as amended from time to time).
All consulting services to be financed under the project shall be selected according to the ADB Procurement guidelines.
